Check the wiki. It's 5000 if TIM kills Anderson outright, 4000 if you Charm/Intimidate every conversation with TIM and he kills himself.

ah damn.. hmm i can't remember.. is there a charm option when you first "meet" TIM on mars?.. im at thessia very soon and if i missed the first one then i have to do some MP i guess.

I believe they're releasing it in like 8 hours from now, like with past ME3 DLC. It was like 19:00 here in GMT +2 timezone both times.
