No, the issue is that its the 26th in Europe and America, the fact that Europeans must wait almost 20 hours longer before the Americans gets their hand on it is beyond me, i dont get why they want to relese this in europe like 4 hours before the 27th of june in europe  

So.. you completely skipped over my reasoning of "a video game company wanting to favor its home crowd first" and  complained about not knowing the reason they waited? Interesting.
It could be released at 11:59pm on the 26th, and they still wouldn't have to explain anything about it, as it's still the 26th..having to wait "almost 20 hours longer before the Americans get their hands on it" is well within the timeframe of being on the 26th. 7pm GMT is the official time slot.
If you want to complain about something, complain about it not being released at 12:01am on the 26th. Ie: IMMEDIATELY when your own time zone goes into the 26th.

But, they're not pretending your time zone doesn't exist. They're using GMT as the timezone standard to announce to everyone. They could've just said 2pm EST is the time, but they stated 7pm GMT instead. That definitely sounds like ignoring to me!

Did you guys both download from xbox.com and got the error? For me I downloaded it directly from my xbox.  Guess that means both is screwed up.  Also I was just talking to a friend and he successfully downloaded the dlc so i wonder what the problem is. That beeping is getting annoying lol

After waiting an hour to download the EC I now have to delete it and download it all over again, eff you Bioware and your stupid bugs. You guys actually used to put some quality and effort into your work, guess that went out the window when the rEApers took over.

By your own definition, because they don't mention a time zone in that particular announcement, it could take until 11:59pm somewhere in the world on the 26th, and they'd still be fine..
And I got the time zone information from other posts here on the board. I can't be ****ed to find it for you though. Googling shows a quote of "they plan to have it up before noon MST" on kotaku.

You were able to delete it? When I try to delete it to try it a message keeps saying that it is still in active download.  not to mention for some reason it says I have 2 copies of the extended cut on my harddrive.
