That's why they want us to start from the attack against The Cerberusbase. Probably it's more movie based science, and other things before you get blasted by Harbinger's laser beam.

Of course, they are making it available on xbox first. As good 'ole Spock used to say, the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. I'm not saying this because I'm some insipid Xbox fan boy, I don't even own the console. I'm a PC gamer; I enjoy that fact knowing that there are very real ups and downs to the experience.

As for Bioware, they're probably worried about their servers overloading because if you think about it, 2 gigs is a lot of data when you're going to have a bunch of people, us, clamoring after it at the same time and ultimately there is only so much bandwidth go around. I don't know if that is specifically the case but, whatever it is, it's probably a very good technical reason that if they wasted time explaining the details of anyway it'd probably be like pissing in the wind because it wouldn't really please anyone and people would still have questions and so on. The truth is we're all suffering from being impatient, just not that many people are willing to admit that and flame instead.

If you think this wait is bad then imagine the belly ache if they did rush it and caused something to crash and then made the game unplayable until it was fixed. I'm not defending DRM, I think ultimately it punishes honest gamers disproportionately more than the pirates it's supposed to be stopping, I also don't know what Bioware's official stance on the matter is but their publisher sure as hell believes in it.

We can also talk about how much we hate EA and by extension their download client Origin and the EULA for Origin and how we're never going to consume another IP from them again... but if you're here already, you've reconciled EA's evil before and you're probably going to do so again in the future.

You misjudge how stubborn some of us are. The reality is that people here love the franchise enough to offer BioWare a second chance. 

I can't speak for anyone but myself, but I am a stubborn jackass. Should this DLC not pan out how I hope it will, I can guarantee that I will never buy another EA/BioWare product, again. Ever.

Did you check downloadable content from the main menu? It doesn't just download automatically on the 360.

After listening to the interview, my first impression is that it is going to turn out that the original ending cinematic and cut scenes are going to essentially be the trailer version of the new ending: They showed all the key scenes and exciting moments, but didn't have all the details necessary for us to actually understand what is going on.

I'm really looking forward to seeing what the extended cut has to offer. Hopefully it will also clear up the "was it a well done indoctrination ending, or just a bad ending that could be interpreted as indoctrination" controversy.

ok, for those whom played it...how about a simple thumbs up or down..and if you previously had a thumbs up or down before playing it. (aka, if you didn't like it before for whatever reason, favored indoc theory..that would be a thumbs down of course)

Usually around 3pm - 4pm Central time for me.  Thats when I've been able to find the dlc's for multiplayer.  I spent the day waiting for the last mp expansion and that was around when it hit.  Before then it was never in the store.  I had to search for it even then though.
