You are a very forgiving person.  If Bioware/EA go UNCONDITIONAL free to play on SWTOR, then maybe I will forgive them for destroying both of my favorite game franchises.

Hey I'm planning to beat the game shortly after the EC comes out, from those who have beat the game, should I just play through without the EC first or forget the original ending ever existed and download the EC as soon as its out?

Well its great for those who do like the current ending, but its not cool that they refuse to provide different outcomes for the rest of us.

I am going to use my existing character - I had already started replaying it after importing my Femshep again, this time with her face importing properly.  Don't think I will have this playthrough done by Tuesday though, so will use the other one for now.

WHO TO TAKE ON THE FINAL MISSION??  That picture on the site with Joker had two crew with him.  I wonder if they are the two final squadmates you choose.

Oh dam you Bioware for bringing out EC same day as Skyrim Dawnguard. EC very much looking forward too, especially since dawnguard comes out only for I think 360 same day as EC while PC version which I own has no date set yet.

Well, gird your loins, everyone. Come June 26th, prepare for a toxic sh*tstorm of complaints, "Goodbye Bioware...again" threads, Indoctrination Theory arguments...ugh. And, like many who drive by a trainwreck, I won't be able to look away.

Please...PLEASE, for the love of all that's good and holy, Bioware...let this be your saving grace. If you can manage to address all the lapses in logic and the plotholes, make our decisions really matter and bring a satisfying resolution to our LI choices, all (or at least most) will be forgiven and we'll once again be willing to slap our money down on the table for more ME-related content.

Seriously Bioware could you have sat on it another week so all regions can play it at the same time. The ending will be dissected and spread over the internet before I even get to play it.

Nothing with liking the ending as is, does not mean will not also like the EC; and I have spoken to many who do not like the ending who are also happy with the description of the EC. The only problem is the people who cannot accept that some people like it. They are the problem.
