I think so because I have two previous DLC in Spanish and the third's description is in German (for some reason XD). I don't think there will be any issue

Got it! Changed the language back to spanish and in the add-ons section the EC does not appear...funny. I've started ME3 and no errors so far. It seems everything is OK. Let's see what Bioware has done...

Edit: For some clarification (ehem...), I can see it installed, but not in de addons pop-up.
