XP is shared at the end of the game. There's no kill stealing. It's kill sharing.

Yeah, when I see a vanguard bash away at an guardian's shield, I go "for god's sake..." and shoot the guardian.

That's not kill stealing, that's common sense. Even more so as it was the last enemy. Plus, points and medals are forgotten as soon as you get back to the lobby anyway.

In order to kill a guardian: biotic charge then headshot, nothing more. Nova is useless, as well as melee attack

You only lost out on a few hundreds points.
Better to move along to the next round. Plenty more fish in the sea.
I appreciate it when teammates take out the Guardians when I am playing a Vanguard.
They were probably trying to do you a favor, because you were almost dead. Good teammate.
There are more things to get upset about.
