This is a fan and gamer forum, mate. The help here is usually not official and if I were you I'd stick to communicating via the board. I wouldn't make any of my mail address public where anyone can pick them up and add them to some viagra spammer's mailing list.
On to your questions: first one, importing a ME1 character. Have you run the ME2 configurator and gone through the import save process? If not then there's your problem. Second question, have you activated your Cerberus Network code (assuming you bought a new copy of the game - if it's pre-owned you will need to buy Cerberus Network access)? If so then you just need to download and run the installers for those DLCs. You'll find them by clicking 'My Games' under your profile picture and then clicking 'Your registered game content'. That'll take you to a page where there's a list of all the DLC you personally are entitled to download, i.e. all the free stuff plus anything you've actually bought, with a download link by each.
