xbox pays bioware for a sooner release then ps3. xbox can do that because xbox owners pay for xboxlive. Xbox for life! <3
Where did you get that garbage from?
North American PS3 users are getting the Extended Cut the same day as you do. It's the European users that have to wait an extra week, and they haven't given us a reason why.

Quite true. This Xbox getting it first is normally only true for paid DLC's that are popular such as Dawnguard. I don't know how Bioware views it but their free DLC is normally available relatively quickly to everyone, unless they don't have a deal then their paid DLC's may be the same.
The fact they need an extended cut to explain the endings is a fail in itself.
Will have to play it and see it for myself to decide if its any good of course, i do hope though that the end makes some sense now though. Gotta admit my hopes arent high though.
1. You can polish a turd all you want, it's still a turd.
2. You can remove said turd and replace it with a golden egg.
Alas, Bioware has chosen the first one and ignore any critizism (hiding behind their "artistic vision") and keep the original ending, with a few cutscenes to EXPLAIN it to us like we're 5-year-olds who don't know **** about artistic integrity.
Also, no ingame Tali face-reveal? Boo! They could've easily have fixed that terrible photoshop job with an actual cutscene, but Bioware chose the lazy way out and remains hidden behind their "artistic integrity."
Listening to Mac and Casey prattle on and on about their "artistic integrity" is nauseating. It makes them out to be such hacks. Seriously, stop talking! Stop hiding behind your "artistic integrity" and admit that you ****ed up! Do that and i may be able to forgive Bioware as a whole.
So if all the haters and doom-sayers play this and hate it does it mean they will finally leave? Or will they keep posting about how much the game sucks?

They already left. It's just the trolls and fans left, the fans will continue to show their discomfort with Bioware.

I haven't see any people that fit your criteria.
That is to say, people who post about how much the game 'sucks'.
1.9 gigs is nice but look at it this way minus off 500mb ish for pre ending scene stuff that leaves 1.2g divide by the 3 ending is 400 mb for each ending it now starts not getting so good.
but still thanks bioware for at least doing something instead of just hoping we would all get bored and move on to other stuff
Simple math :
Choose Control: game over, 50 mb? Choose Synthesis: game over, 50 mb?
Choose destroy with high EMS: Continue the game, 1.8 gig.
You can thank me later if I´m right or take me down when I´m wrong.
Jessica's Twitter (which seems to be the only medium they use anymore) has already made it clear, on any 1 playthrough you'll get around 10 minutes of extra cutscenes spread throughout the Earth mission and the Brat.
Man, going head to head with Dawnguard. Still it's Mass first and foremost good thing I completed the reunification of the geth and quarians so I'm fairly close to the cerb base, just need to do Sanctuary and I'm on my way. I've seen some people say that 2 gig isn't a lot but a lot can be crammed into that small space. Personally I'm glad that something is happening to the endings but there will still be those who will gripe and moan cause it's not what they want. It's enough to make one ashamed of being a fan of this franchise. But anyways I thank bioware for a great game and for giving me such a great experiance. And the release of this DLC shows they still listen to their fans so even though they are under an EA banner they are still the same. Now to get everything ready for the DLC.
Just started my second playthrough of ME3 last night. With my imported Shepard actually looking like he did in the first two games, I can't help but feel excited. Kind of feels like I'm playing for the first time again.... Fingers crossed!
I have no hope left, they didn't listen. Polishing a godforsaken turd...
I just hope Call of Duty can get its sh!t together, looks like I may need a new series again.
Oh I love to see a good trainwreck! But seriously, I highly doubt the EC will deliver the Goods, I'll stick with playing Batman Arkham City, thank you very much...

Haters? I haven't seen any posting here. I have seen people that KNOW Bioware can a lot better job than what was in Mass Effect 3 storywise.(I would add game mechanics too.) I see people that are disappointed that Bioware didn't live up to their own standards they set with Balder's gate series, Dragon Age, Dragon Age 2(They took a major risk with this game, and I appericate that.), Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and the Star Wars series. Casey evens said at one point this is entertainment in the podcast. However, Bioware is trying to entertain a select few in a medium that can entertain and statisfy 90% of their customers if they chose to do it. Bioware decieded to go with the select few.
