Okay, downloading. I checked the restrictions.
BioWare ain't helping at all. The file downloaded can only be accessed by the person who downloaded it. Meaning you can't download it for a friend who has no Internet connection. Coz if you do, s/he won't be able to play it with their own account.
Talking about Xbox, here, BTW.

Great now I have to increase my EMS before I even touch the SP. The last time I played ME3 was 22/03/12 and since the EMS goes down everyday(?) it's at 50% yeah great Idea making MP an integral part of ME3.

This is pretty messed up that U.S. Xbox 360 people are getting the Extended Cut DLC before U.S. PC people.....

Apparently, if you take the previously given link to the XBOX Marketplace accessible by PC, and purchase it there, as soon as you turn on the console, it will download automatically. Which means, no worries about waiting for it to appear on the XBOX DLC screen, whether you're US, Canadian, European or Australian. As long as you have an XBox 360, you can now download it.
