Yesterday I purchased 3 Premium Spectre Packs and got 3 character cards each, then bought 2 Spectre packs and got 2 character cards each, and finally bought 10 Veteran packs and got 2 character cards each. No new weapons, gear, or upgrades. Poor luck on my part.
Probably doesn't help that my GI hit on the RNG's sister the shield gate.
