BSN Logic: That still makes no sense! Hackett would never order that! Joker would never abandon Shepard! The crew teleported! And now you're telling me EVERY ship in the fleet was in transit and got blowed up and stranded when the Crucible went off!

here's my take.

First off this is STUPID if the explanation was THAT simple why not just have a line in the game? Oh that's right because by the time the crucible is armed/fired anderson is dead and Hacket doesn't know wtf is going on (remember he's talking to shep saying it's not doing anything) and we see ships fighting over head of shep while he's talking to spacebrat. So if they were going to have a scene where Joker is said to get out why not just fking have that in there originally.

Second this is still stupid in my playthroughs Joker would have been like "sorry admiral i'm not leaving the commander". That's how I always took his character, kind of a shep saved me from the collectors I'm not bailing on him/her now, mentality.

and yes IT is dead i'm afraid. I didn't have much.. any hope for this already but it's dwindling. Aw well soon it'll be out I can DL it and then sell my copy to gamestop so they can add it to their collection.

So i guess they spenthours working out who they could character assasinate in order to save Joker from being a yellow coward. So sorry for Hackett that they seem to have turned him into an idioit or a yellow coward.
