Whoa !! The extended cut requires 1.9 GIGABYTES of storage!!!!!  Thats a hell of alot of content.  I belive the game itself is 15 gigabytes.   That means the the EC is roughly 10% as large as actual GAME!?!?!?!!!  Looks like bioware has gone all out for this.

If Bioware or anybody thinks that is survivable(by Shepard or anybody on the planet) they probably never heard of the damn Dinosaurs or why they're not here today

Who cares? Nothing about the ending makes sense anyway, might aswell apply more space magic to keep the one good thing about it in the game.

It'd be tons better if this happened sometime in the future aboard a new Normandy and the old crew gets together to remember Shepard or something.

my god, can we get anything for non-Tali/Garrus ME-2 squaddies? I'm sorry, I can't take it anymore, but there are people who did not and cannot play ME-1 and some of those people actually dont care about characters from ME-1, characters from ME-2 mean so much more......smh....

There are 9 individulas in the picture. I am not sure who two of them are. The one holding something in front (maybe Kaiden) and one in the back (can only see feet)

I think the foot in the back is Javik's.  And I don't think it's manshep in this picture: I think it's Kaidan.  Ashley is in the picture too, but this is just a rendering.  They may have put both Ashley and Kaidan in for placement purposes, and then one of them is removed when it plays in-game depending on who you kept alive. I don't think there is any proof here that Shepard reunites with the squad.

Yeah, that's what I'm hoping for ... that this is one scenario where Shepard might be dead.

Which I'm PERFECTLY FINE with.  As long as there are other options where Shepard lives.  Then I'd certainly replay the game a few times to see how all of my choices shook out.

But if Shepard can't survive in any scenario, then the EC was a huge waste of time.

Ah ah ah, totally different. There is no major financial or technological issue preventing you from enjoying all of the Star Wars films, they all exist on DVD/Blu-ray and possibly VHS at a reasonable price. I do not own an Xbox or Xbox 360 and my computer is not powerful enough to support a high graphics shooter. I have a PS3. So ME-2 squaddies mean a lot to me, because that's who I was introduced to.

But being that Jennifer Hale and Mark Meer are in the EC, Shepard has to survive right.... right?

Of all the things everyone wanted out, Shepard's survival was not one...

Let's just wait and see. Maybe we'll be surprised.

yes it was I felt it was very important in fact I could lern to live with a lot of it but shpards FORCED death is not one of them.

So Shepard somehow survives in Destroy.....and is either.floating in space alone, never to be seen again.....or.....he's superman and can fall to Earth on an exploding super structure, the size of the asteroid that killed the Dinosaurs
