Please don't make me laugh. Months before Me3 came out fans were putting Me3 as a bad game and then when it came out. Most of the people were satisfied and loving Me3 until the endings then the talk of Me3 shifted to the endings. And as you can see people are doing the same to the EC. Saying that the EC is going to bebad and it hasn't released.

So are they going to retcon the fact that the relays are destroyed? I don't understand. If they do that, then what was the point of the new game plus ending where there are 2 humans on a planet with no space flight.

I'm glad they are trying to fix this, but I really have no idea how they would do that since they messed it up so badly and are saying they wont change facts just explain it. How do you explain stuff like that?

Well the reapers didn't, so i don't see a problem. I have no idea what tatics they use to defend it, but it was defended nonetheless and they still could fall back

it is going to hit evrywhere if it works though. it has to hit all the reapers so the is nowhere they could run to so why run at all.

Um they are trying to destory the cruible and can if you take to long. You are confusing the Citadel with the cruible.

Yep. That pretty much explains that dialogue in the picture and why the Normandy fled through the Mass Relay, but how will they explain why Harbinger left Shepard alive? Will they even try to explain it at all? My guess is no.

That's speculation. We know Reapers are trying to destroy teh cruible, we know they can destory the cruible. Leaving the cruible unprotected is very very stupid, if Hackett does that, then the character is ruined even more.

They can still destroy the Crucible. They do, in fact. Also, the Reapers may not be the smartest people around, but not even they are retarded enough to not attack the thing that is about to destroy them.

It's also pretty much impossible for the fleet to disengage in the time between the activation and firing of the Crucible, seeing how that's like 5 to 10 seconds max. And trying to disengage from a fight like the one they're in at that time would be suicide aswell.

anyone notice what looks kinda like the kodiak transport in the screen with the citadel getting ready to fire? Juts below the arm of the left. Hard to really tell if it is or just some part of the citadel or debris.

Lord with this again.

The reason an asteroid is dangerous isn't just its size, it's the SPEED it's carrying. The Arms to the citadel are basically traveling at virtually nothing for speed. It's like comparing a rocket to a turtle.

And you can't even begin to figure the kinetic energy of an object until you know the speed so your end point is also moot.

What if they all say something about Shepard (Love Interest says their own unique dialogue) and your love interest is (Kaiden is just a placeholder LI in this pic) the one who puts Shepard's nameplate on the wall while shedding tears? Then, it cuts to the secret scene at the end if your EMS is high enough and you picked Red where Shepard takes a breath and the scene continues where Shepard rises from the rubble and heoric music starts to play as the game cuts to the credits. I'd imagine it goes something like this:

- The citadel IS the catalyst
- The catalyst controls the reapers
- Blowing up the crucible while it's connected to the catalyst would likely blow up both
- The catalyst isn't suicidal

Yeah, that's what I'm hoping for ... that this is one scenario where Shepard might be dead.

Which I'm PERFECTLY FINE with.  As long as there are other options where Shepard lives.  Then I'd certainly replay the game a few times to see how all of my choices shook out.

But if Shepard can't survive in any scenario, then the EC was a huge waste of time.  


I hate to admit it but If the force kill shepard then ME is also dead to me if shepard can live and be with crew LI in the end then I'm back with the program and will be happy to buy any future DLC


Even if you have to commit genocide to attain it?

No she does not.

I dedicated a playthrough to getting her to walk out.

When I picked Control she walked out.

When I reloaded and picked Destroy she didn't.


She walked out when I picked destroy...

  I too dedicated a play through to make her walk out.  I killed damn near everyone else. She still didn't.  Can you post a video of your destroy ending?  And tell us what you did to make it happen?
