if EMS is locked when you start the cerberus base mission (I stopped playing like 5 minutes into it) will I still have the same EMS once I start again and will I have to restart the cerberus mission in order to actually allow the EC to take effect? Also if I do have to do that will my EMS revert to a 50% GR?
