Ah, exercise. Is that when I get my arse of the chair and put my running shoes or my bike to use?
My typical excuses: its too cold, too tired from work, had important plans for the evening.

I've always wondered why people don't seem to want to be out in winter, but apparently don't mind going out in summer in the high 30s with humidity.Sa Seba wrote...
