Red.
EDI (I hear it was a glitch I tried it again after and I got javik) walked out of the Normandy on my playthrough so I just headcanoned that the star brat was bs'ing and the geth are still around too.
I made peace between the geth and the quarians so that star brat and his lies can suck it!

I choose destroy. Who cares if the geth die anymore... no one matters, nothing anyone did means anything.
might as well cause as much damage as I can to this broken universe. there's no way to heal it.

Red. What we set out to do in the first place.
All three endings still end the threat of the reapers, far as we know.
Only the Red ending ends the threat of the Reapers. The other two end the war, but they do not end the threat of the Reapers someday returning to annihilate the galaxy.

i still don't see how green gets rid of the reaper threat or ends the "problem" as spacebrat said. They never explained how merging organic and synthetic dna (whatever the fk that is) will stop people from saying "this is bull let's just build some robots and have them build this stuff for us" creating new synethic lifeforms that wouldn't have organic material as they weren't around for the big green bang and starting the whole thing over. So then do the reapers come back again?
They also never explained why the reapers don't just show up to wipe out the synthetic forms. If organics v synthetics was the big deal why did they take over the geth to attack the organics in ME1? Javik said they were winning their war against synthetics when the reapers showed up so why didn't the reapers just help the organics then and leave? Their entire logic makes no sense and I'm curious to see how they rationalize it.
