Today I bought a Specter pack in multiplayer and it said I unlocked the Quarian engineer. I went to check the character out and it was still locked. I looked to see if maybe I had misread and maybe it was a different type of Quarian but no new character was unlocked. Could this possibly be a random, unlucky glitch or am I seeing things?
Character didn't unlock?

Maybe it was the male, not female...in which case you have to scroll past the end to see it, and the scroll widget is terribly hard to see. The addition of the most recent characters requires scrolling to see, including male quarian. Otherwise, yet another bug.
