I believe if you get the golden mirror (from the dwarven merchant nearest the deep roads), give it to her as a gift and say "its a beautiful gift for a beautiful woman", you can. Note that it's a glitch though.

So if her approval went down to 56 and I got it back up to 100 or whatever, there's no regular way to re-initiate romance?
