I beat my first playthrough on medium (on normal) with a vanguard but i feel like that isn't going to be as easy on Insanity.

Is there a eaiser way to do it?

The enemies on Insanity in ME3 don't scale as painfully as they did in ME2. So doing a New Game+ with a level 60 Shepard and getting the guns you use to level X quickly helps a lot.

Vanguard is probably the most powerful class if you can do combos effectively. I think it may even remain the most powerful even if you drop Nova altogether.

In any event, if you already have a grasp on how Vanguard works you can probably take care of the game on Insanity.

NG+ is probably the easiest mode since you can get the highest level weapons. It is all relative though, I don't think there is all that much difference between new character, import, or NG+.

Sentinel. Toughest class out there, with powers for any situation.

Charge - Nova x Repeat until everything is dead.

No class can even come close to the insane devastation this combo can put out - NONE.

You never need to take cover and the only thing that has a slight chance of ever killing you is a Banshee which can be easily nullified by using squad with grenades. (edit: Actually... a few Engineers with turrets will hurt you more than Banshee... but once you are expecting them.. they are tissue paper)

You can stand face to face in melee range against 3 Primes + all their turrets and drones, taking all of em down without suffering health damage is how overpowered it is.

No doubt vanguard is powerful. Problem is, gameplay is limited to pushing "1" and "2" buttons and everything you will hear and listen is limited to lots of flashes, crazy yells and soundly smacks.

I'm playing a level 60 Adept now and I keep having to check the difficulty to make sure it's still on Insanity, it's so damn easy. I doubt that any of the classes would have all that different an experience, as long as you're playing them effectively.

I have to agree. Out of my 3 insanity playthroughs the adept was by far rediculously easy. I mean they were all pretty easy but the adept just had a fluid non-stop motion of carnage that was easy to pull off.
