Anyone else having this issue?
Yep, exacly the same as you. Funny thing is this that I have not play ME since extended cut DLC. Then after I heard the news about Earth DLC I decided to try it. No use. Got the message to purchase online pass. then check my email, a I got banned for exploit...
Sended email to ME3AccountAdmin@bioware.com and got this answer:
Hello, I have taken a look into your account and can confirm that you have been banned for exploiting multiplayer. Due to how our investigation process is handled, however, I cannot disclose any details. We take cheating very seriously and we have decided that this ban will be permanent. Regards,Ernest Tse
Just great. And yes I didnt use any exploit or whatever...

This is the same answer that I've received 2 times over. I'll keep trying to get my appeal though. They can't just lock me both out of multiplayer and singleplayer just like that. I'm glad I don't have any other games on Origin, cause they'd probably block me out of those too. I'll remember to stay far away from Origin in the future.

So there is a "possibility" that I played with host who used a money glitch or something and I could spent more credits that I usually do and for this I could get banned? How could I know? WTH?

That is unacceptable, Ernest, I did not exploit multiplayer, therefore I should be unbanned.
Please advise,

I've had the same email.
This is not good 'customer service' from these guys, the email is incredibly curt, rude and not to mention unprofessional over a computer gmae!
I would not accept this kind of response on anyone else, but we're taking it from "Ernest"?!
Who the hell is this guy anyway? I've never heard of him before.
Is he just the guy they've stuck behind a desk to spam out copy and paste replies to us loyal, long standing customers?
Or is he the executive in charge of the Accounts team?
Either way his reply is terrible form for a company that values itself on 'listening to is customers'.
It's upto you, but I for one am not standing for it!
I'm giving them 24 hours to give me a decent answer before i escalate this to EA's Customer service directly.
Say what you like about that, but a ticket will be logged and the issue will be looked into and EA will give us a reply and hopefully reverse that ridiculous decision to ban us for life.
For life for Christ's sake!
[edit] i re-read my email...it's a bit much to be honest.
i think i'll sleep on it first. leason for all, dont email when your upset!

Good luck with your issue, mine still has yet to be resolved. No reply from CBS or Forbes yet, but since they seem to have taken an interest on reporting on EA's decline, I figured they would like to find out how things are recently...

http://tos.ea.com/le...TERMS/US/en/PC/
Section 9. Termination of EA Services reads;
"EA may terminate access to any online or mobile products and/or EA Services (and/or any portion thereof) at any time by giving you notice of such termination within the time period specified when you joined the particular EA Service, or if no time period for notice of termination was specified, then within thirty (30) days of the date such notice..."
Further down, 11. Rules of Conduct reads;
"You may violate the Terms of Service if, as determined by EA in its sole discretion, you:"
"- Use any game hacking/altering/cheating software or tools. "
"- Use and communicate exploits and/or cheats."
"- Abuse or exploit bugs, undocumented features, design errors or problems in the game."
..and rather hysterically;
"- “Role–playing” is not an excuse for violating this or any other policy." (Wtf?)
*-------*
Here you can find Electronic Arts Account Suspension Policy.
https://help.ea.com/...spension-policy
"Please note: The majority of banned or suspended accounts are only suspended temporarily. Find more information about the length of your suspension by checking the email address associated with your account."

So, it looks like were kfuced mate.
and we agreed to this?
I cnat find massEffect3's ToS, must be on the disk or book or something.
I'll read it when i go home.
My last attempt at redemption is to email EA dirrectly.
