Changed my password at profile.ea.com per the FAZ listed here but it did NOT changed as the FAQ says it would. Now I am unable to log into profile.ea.com or Origin, yet my forum login here does work. The recover password options say it sent to my new email address yet nothing is received. These things being so integrated has really messed everything up, and there is no way to contact help directly without logging in to EA / Origin which is the very problem. How in the world can I get this problem corrected?

Great support here seeing I haven't received a single reply. EA profile has my email address correct, BioWare site does not. Instructions for updating the email address on BioWare says to change it on my EA profile. Email address on EA profile is correct and does not match my BioWare address. With no useful way of contacting support by email this is the only viable option for contact.

And what better could be expected? It's the off season for game forums, so few of us are around. There actually are a couple of infrequent visitors from Bioware who drop in occasionally, but this is not at all any kind of official support here. All of the forums are Peer Level.
