Harvesters in Multiplayer: Possible or Impossible?

This is mostly towards BioWare. Would it actually be possible to create bigger maps, and to add the Harvester in Multiplayer? Is it too late now? Is it impossible for a creature of that size? If you want my opinion, I believe that it would be very interesting to see Multiplayer become more intense in such a way. Think of all the team work needed to take it down. A Bonus Wave: Fighting the Harvester only. Honestly, I would LOVE to see Harvesters in MP.:D

Although it might take some work, there's nothings stopping Harvesters being in multiplayer. The AI, model, and animation is all there so it just might work...

Harvester scenes are scripted.
So it can be done but they would have to be impemented indivdualy for each map. They would also only be able to be in one, or maybe two if they do some extra work, in each map.

With some work it could be added, it wouldn't really work on some of the current maps, but they could add it into new ones.

They would most likely need to be massively buffed though, they only have 18000 hp on insanity.

Hmm....I wonder. What would be the best class to use in that situation? Adept? Soldier?

I am down, but if you are adding those I want some other units for Cerberus and Geth too :D Just don't ask me what though. Maybe those annoying ass mecha dogs for cerberus and for the Geth...uh...I dunno.

The Harvester is the only extra enemy from all three Forces.

Well, they weren't in ME3. I'm surprised they weren't in SP. I don't know about Cerberus. Perhaps allow players in MP to drive the Atlas?:whistle:

True they were not in 3 but that is an easily beleivable ret con.

Dude the Geth Colossus...oh man that would be sweet.

The last two were in the game but you couldn't fight them.

I'd definitely love to see some new maps with crazy bosses on the extraction waves. Everything I agree with has been suggested in this thread already, i.e gunships for Cerberus, Colossi for geth and Harvesters for reapers.

The way I would see it working is making seperate "boss mode maps" specifically designed to fight against a Harvester/whatever large boss buy that would be triggered at some point in the game.

Lets be honest, a Harvester isnt fitting into a good majority of the average area of all the maps in the game. I can think of at least 3 or 4 maps that would be impossible for a large boss no matter what.

For some more spice I'd like to add the mecha Dogs to cerberus and the annoying ass wall crawlers for Geth that would serve the husk sorta roll.  Easily killed but charge you with reckless abandon...or in the case of the wall crawler get into spots and shoot you in cover : D

Personally I would like some bigger and more open maps that looks like a battlefield (not the game Battlefield) with the possibility of larger boss units. Maybe even a mode where you take down enemy defensive positions and artillery like you do on Earth in SP.

Harvesters would be a cool addition. I also think they should scrap the extraction wave on applicable maps and replace it with a Reaper Destroyer fight. Throw some of the single-player heavy weapons around for a crazy boss fight

I was thinking about that before.
Having "live events" in maps.
Like on giant have a cage full of varren. And at any point during the game you can free them and they will attack anything, including the enemies AND you. But you can only use them once in a game.

New objectives involving Reaper Destroyers like in Tuchanka shooting red beams of death and cannot be killed before completing objectives to activate AA guns around the map, enabling Allied air support. To encourage class variations in a match, activating AA guns will require tech experts like sentinels or engineers. Non-tech classes increases time needed for AA activation, thus a risk of being overrun on higher difficulties.

Also maybe new bosses:
Reapers: harbinger, harvesters dropping units behind lines.
Geth: Colossus, Geth Dropships dropping units behind lines.
Cerberus: Cerberus Officer with abilities like Kai Leng, or Cerberus Gunship.
