I activated the Cerberus Network and I supoosed to get Zaeed, Normandy Crash and some other stuff for free(I think) but I can't see it anywhere. All I see Genesis, Arrival, Alternate Appearance and Shadow Broker and no option to download it either.

If I click on the 'New Content Available' it only allows me to purchase Genesis here(which I don't need)

If I click on 'Open EA Online Store' in the Extras option, it takes me here and still no Zaeed or Normandy Crash.

Please don't tell me it's no longer available.

Under you profile picture click 'My Games' and then 'Your registered game content'. The Cerberus Network free DLCs should show up there with a download link by each one.
