EDIT: Seems this has happened to a few other people. Though the odds are clearly very low. If you have gotten something like that in a Vet pack though, what did you get?

It's not unheard of just more rare than not. You'll never see an UR in a recruit pack, though. That I would want picture proof of.

It is possible. One of the devs posted about it a while back. It is incredibly rare though. He didn't post the exact odds, but he did say that it can happen.

I think it happened to me once. I got the Harrier from a vet pack. At first, I thought I must have been mistaken, and since I clicked so fast, I'm still not 100% sure.

If it can happen, then a Javelin II in a Veteran Pack was inevitable. In fact I would say it has happened several times, most players don't use forums - most forum users don't use Javelin - most Javelin users will buy Spectre Packs+ and wouldn't be possible to 'know' of it's rarity.

I recently unlocked the Talon so that makes up for it a bit.

Yep. Happened just the once. Never again. I shan't complain though.

Vet packs can contain ultra-rares. It's just highly unlikely.

I have never gotten an Ultra-Rare from a Vet pack, but was at a buddy's house when he got a Paladin (II or III) in one.

Veteran packs contain at least one Uncommon or better. I'm pretty sure Ultra-Rare counts as "or better", guys. So yeah, he can do it, just really low chance of success.

I believe it can happen. I have gotten two ultra-rares in the same Spectre Pack and I thought that was impossible too, until i saw it.

It can happen people, the pack says so. But the chance is VERY slim.
