Hey there,

I believe it was during the reward allocation for Operation: Goliath or a weekend operation around that time, the Bioware network went down. I happened to have a disconnect issue when I was in the Playstation store getting ready to open up my Victory and Commendation packs. For whatever reason, I was unable to open the packs, and when the store came back up they were no longer available.

However, ever since then I have a persistant "New" alert flashing on the store, but am unable to retrieve the pack that I was awarded. I was hoping that after the most recent mission weekend I would have been able to retrieve it again, but only the most recent rewards were available.

Is there anything that can be done in order to retrieve this missing pack or packs?

the 'new' alert isn't connected I don't think, I get the flashing alert all the time. As for the pack it is possible you did get the contents if you opened the packs even if it went down, it happened to me a few times and I always got my stuff.

You could always try theEA helpline, some folk have had a result that way
