[Star fury]

Krogan vanguard is immortal, the best tank in the game with decent DPS.
Vorcha sentinel is great, flamer + cluster grenades, regeneration makes him fun to play. He laughs at reapers.
Batarian soldier with grenades and b. blades + Claymore or Reegar is CQC beast.
Yeah, they're much harder to master than 2 button classes like infiltrator's 1. energy drain/cryo blast. 2. shoot. or charge + nova spam.

I use my Vorcha Soldier(with success) on Gold all the time, or at least, when I play Gold.

WUT!! The "savage" races kick ass on all difficulties! It's a load of fun to run around meleeing everythingt!!

The first time I took my Vorcha sentinel for a spin, I never realized I wasnt playing on bronze for at least a few games, that's how good he is. I came top of silver plenty of times mostly meleeing, and very rarely did I die.

If the same isn't true of the Geth Infiltrator, then why are the majority of them that I play with so awful? You would think if the class was so easy then people wouldn't suck with it.

And for the vorcha, no video is needed they are so many, because the class is one of the best because of it regeneration. 
The only one who suck, are the ones who can't play them...

The ones that tend to be poor at it think that running into a mess of troopers and swinging their arms is a good playstyle.

Batarian soldier is really fun to play, I go in hard with a scimitar, then ballistic blade followed by falcon punch. I get a grin each time. It doesn't get old.

"Not playing with elbows" isn't the same as "playing smart". Cloak + wallhack + insane damage boost solves a lot of problems, and isn't nearly balanced by mere "weak shields". Heck, equip a krysae or GPS and you don't even have to pretend to aim.

Besides, I've been playing online games - both cooperative and competitive - for years. I have seen... things. I'll believe in people sucking with EVERYTHING, any class, any weapon, any map, any game. They're just that horrible, if they cannot make GI work then I guess they can't extract their way out of a pair of socks.

From reading the comments on the forums saying "ENEMIES STILL SEE YOU cloak isn't OP WAAAAH" I'm led to believe that people still haven't figured out that enemies tend to try and guess your position, shooting at places where you were before cloaking, while l33tfiltrators believe invisible = AI stops working (like in ME2) and let themselves be gunned down.

Just promoted my soldiers and joined a bronce Game in wave 3. Scored second, in the later games mostly first or second. Some Games later the host switched to silver. My Batarien, level 8 at this time, scored first for 2 or 3 rounds. then the host grew confident and switched to gold. The pack of bronze-players stayed.
My Batarian was level 14 and carried a Reagar IV and an Saber I. We made it to wave 10. I fell flat and bleed out 15ft away from the LZ with the second pizza. Out of Gel and Cobras. And no one nuked the path for me or was even standing at this point.
And we had an Geth Engineer, an Asari Adept and an Human Sentinel (?).
Never underestimate the Batarian!
My score was equal to the rest of the team together. And i rarely play Gold.

Krogan sentinel is awesome, spec him for melee and add the tech armor melee bonus and i can one shot most of the little guys and take a couple bars(in rage) off the big guys

they are the only race that can stand head to head with banshees without dieing from DOT and can stack so much DOT on Banshees that instant kills are often intrupted.

Ravagers can be run straight up to and meleed to death even without the build for melee thanks to the fact they cant fire up close and their swarmers and blood cant overcome the effects of even a non stacked bloodlust.

vorcha sentinel doesn't need to worry about cool down either. you can carry a Javelin + Claymore without worrying about weight restrictions.

I played a game earlier with a Level 8 vorcha sentinel and while everyone else was running away from the Banshee, I was able to stand my ground.

Batarian soldier = awesome they are viable on silver and run table on bronze mine is specced for melee no inferno grenades . Krogan sentinel just one of those that could be considered over powered . Both are fun and great stress relief .

I'm playing only savage gold runs all weekend. I like the savage races better than any of the infiltrators.

 Try a krogan vanguard with max barrier charge and fitness.  Add a shield booster mod an a reeger carbine and your good to go.  Very hard to die unless you get synced kill and the charge force is strong enough to stun phantoms

I love it. I can't believe I've never really tried the Batarians before.

I want a Batarian so bad.  I saw a Batarian Sentinel sucker punch a prime.  And, in another match, net a phantom and a one punch kill.  It was a thing of beauty.

....I can't play him. No, not that I don't know how to. Somewhere in the back of my mind this thought was always there, but I never gave it any interest. I have never played Vorcha nor Krogan nor Batarian. Well, maybe 1 or 2, but that's just it. And I never knew why. Now I know. They just totally suck. In comparison to other species they have very few to offer. I'm not gonna go into secifics, cause I just want to share my view.

So thank you Bioware that you have made me realize this. Apart from this operation (and maybe some more if it's required) I will never play those species.

You take that back!  My Krogan Vanguard rocks!
