Hi!
I bought ME2 when the 4'95€ offer via Origin and everything worked well, but now I've downloaded two DLCs (Arrival and the Shadow Broker ones), I've installed them but the game tells me that I can't use them because I've not logged into my Cerberus account. When I try to activate the Cerberus thing, it tells me that I need a code included in my game box. I've tried the game code that is shown in the game data in Origin but it tells me that is already in use.
Is this code not included with the digital version of the game? I need to buy that 1200BW points DLC?
Thanks a lot!

This is something you should talk about with official support. http://help.ea.com
If you tell them ME2 is registered on Origin they will possibly just give you a new code because it proves you bought a new copy which should include a Cerberus Code.
Also, make sure you don't actually have registered the code already. Go to the following page to see if you have the Cerberus Network DLC registered to your account: social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php

Thanks for the answer! I'll talk with the official support, cause the Cerberus DLC doesn't appears in that list...
