 I'll be the first to defend the ending to the end (The two biggest things that bothered me about the game were lack of real Jack romance and that the Rachni decision was meaningless) but god damn am I excited for the EC. Very happy to have new content already. Can never have enough Mass Effect.

I can't stand that quote "If you believe in IT, EC shouldn't change that"

The entire point of the IT is to explain why its not really over, and that more ending dlc would come toexplain and to conclude it. But if this EC is all that there is, and it is not specifically proving and concluding the IT theory, then continuing to believe in IT would be pointless as its reason for existing in the first place would no longer exist.

That shows a misunderstanding of what IT even is, and means that they either misspoke and simply don't know what they said, or they are specifically going to continue leaving things ambiguous so as to not disrupt the IT regardless of the fact mentioned above that it would become pointless regardless.

It better not be the latter.

Nice thread, OP.

Devastating to see that Ali Hillis is unknown though. It would be incredibly frustrating if other characters got lines but Liara didn't. Same with other ME2 characters as well. Some seem to be there and some seem to not be there for no reason.

Since they already said that they won't change the endings or add new ones, there isn't much to suspect.
I will wait for some poor soul to suffer through this crapfest and upload it on youtube, I will watch it there and then return to BSN to be part of the EC-fallout...

I honest to God hope that you some day end up in creative development somewhere, and that someone gives you the same treatment.

No wonder humanity is going downhill these days. Sometimes I do wish December of this year will see the coming of the apocalypse.
