Made a simple mod so that the quest rewards all three kinds of Shaperate's Blessing. No idea why no one has done this yet:

During my investigation I also found out why some users report having received a rune while some got nothing. It turns out if you have Shale recruited you get nothing (there's supposed to be a crystal), and if not you get Master Hale Rune.

Since people believe you're supposed to get those weapons for the quest (and they're more "artifact"-y anyway), I made it so that regardless of Shale you get all three.
