Steam Users Read-Game installed. DLC Installing hard core issues

The game installed fine and i got steam. I had to go to bioware site and create an account and then enter my cd keys as steam said, which worked. When i run game and go to downloadable content and log in i able to view all my collector steam and preorder bonuses. the problem now is to install then. the game says downloading and then installing but nor progross occuress after 100% it just get stucks. so far i just keep loggin out and restarting the game and the 1 below starts to install.. currently i have all of them saying 100% installed under the download tab, but under installed tab non are showing. so i hope this rant of mine helps some people and others can answer to this confusing basterd of a game addon install. (forgive me for my spelling just got out of hospital with appendix removed and i dont really care to spell check. pain is horrable..

Ok so the DLC says DLC install failed. i waited like an hour and in the download window it said 100% installing on all the DLC stuff. and then after an hour of closing and trying to get it to restart says failed. anyone have an idea how to fix this? seems like a bioware problem
