I've got a weird situation that is really messing with me. My companions won't follow me, when out of combat, unless I directly command them to move they will stand at the zone entrance and do nothing as I move around. Also, when in combat they do follow the base tactics set by the tactics screen however they do not acquire new targets or do  anything but what is described in tactics. Any help would be appreciated!!

Probably have the "hold" icon clicked? Under the char portraits.



This will make you control the group individually, but also it will make them stop attacking occasionally even if told so.

this might also be the result of the toolset... have you got it installed? if so try the "fix for strange issues" in the link in my signature
