Destroy i want starchild and reapers dead, I don't want to control them and i'm not turning everyone into hybrid's against their will. Sorry Geth and EDI . plus there is a chance i can reunite with my Tali.

Destroy for me. Sure the Geth and EDI will die (if you can even use that term realistically for a robot), but I think they would accept their sacrifice if they knew that I was killing the spacebrat with them.
