Hi, all. I'm not sure if this will work for everyone, but I found a solution for my own problem with not being able to register the game to my profile.
After repeated failed attempts at imputting the code through Internet Explorer, I decided to try through the Mozilla Firefox browser. It worked; I had no hiccups.
I hope this helps some others, and have fun exploring Dragon Age!

I use firefox as a default browser. I registered both Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age: Origins, yet under 'My Games' only Dragon Age is listed. If I click Register Games, it says ME2 is already registered..

You have both games registered - when you click on your profile you see five tabs: profile, comments, projects, forums and games - the last one shows all your registered games and you have DAO and ME2 logos under your avatar when you post on the forums. The 'My Games' tab on the left shows only DAO because that's the game you can upload characters from. If you click it, it takes you to your player profile.
