There has been 2 commendation packs that I never got awarded for and by the time I found out the number to call for support they said I ccouldnt get them. I wanted to know if there is a way to get them seeing as how I did the operations please help.
Btw I probably wouldnt have even cared if I had gotten the valiant

Basically you have seven days from the completion of the objective to do anything about it. If not that seven day grace period before the end of the event then customer service no longer has the ability to assist you.

Lots of people having similar problems. Pack doesn't show up and they tell you to check back. If a pack is expired, they won't help.
