I can't believe I'm essentially being forced to backtrack my game over something so easily fixed... argh...

damn i'm so confused the "what are you doing in the chantry" dialogue is gone, my approval is 60ish (care), i tried to lower the approval so i can get that dialogue appear but useless.



after i gave up and try to romance her instead, i increased her approval to 70ish (adore), voila the dialogue appears >.< i was almost desperate, my food tasted bad, couldn't sleep well, couldn't think of anything. finally it's fixed. thank the maker

I used the feastday gifts to fix it, but I don't think anyone should have to pay real money fro a mistake some creators made.

My problem's a little different: After a great deal of trouble, I was able to get through the Orlesian bards are spies part. Then when I came back to camp. Leli told me about Marjolaine.



However, when I left camp, I was not attacked by the assassins. I have moved around a few different places, but have yet to be attacked by Marjolaine's assassins.



Has anyone encountered this problem? Any suggestions on how to force the assassins to attack me?

I lowered her approval that was previously full by 51 and the only option is still never mind. Why hasn't this been patched?

I think I have the an idea of how this problem and its solutions can be summarized, if you play on xbox buy the festday gift or pranks, use them to get to about 50 approval or so then select the correct options to make here like you and then, she will tell you about here past, if you have already chosen the correct conversation options she will talk to you about her past if your approval sink. if you have chosen the wrong options you have to start over, and further more, do you have Leliana in your party when you travel? if not then try that, if nothing of this works you might have to start over, that is how it seams to me, PS. if you need further assistance go to http://dragonage.wik...Dragon_Age_Wiki

You have to have conversation in Lothering, just follow guide. I waited until camp and the conversation would stop unless she was at her first upgrade, thru approval. I reloaded when I was in Lothering and it went into the flirt conversation with her in neutral, also I did this before going into the Chantry <3

I so do not want to backtrack a whole area..
I've gotten her to tell me about the spies and everything, but I haven't been attacked at all. As long as I got that before can I still be attacked? I have her now to Adore.

I've had this bug several times too. The last time I solved it simply by breaking up with her to lower the approval. When I talked to her again I got the famous "bards are spies" option. And voila, in the next conversation she mentions Marjolaine. After being assaulted by Marj's assasins, you are pointed to Denerim. After having met up with/killed Marj, you can talk to Leliana about how Marj was "special" to Leliana. Then choose the option about you wishing you will be just as special to Leliana, and there you go.

I have no idea where i went wrong, but Leliana won't even talk to my character. i have exhausted all conversation. do i have to go all the way back to Lothering?

Also, I defiled the ashes and the only person who got upset was Wynne. Methinks my game is bugged...

So I was in a relationship with her. Had almost 100 approval ... then I never got her personal quest and did what many suggested, I broke up with her. So that triggered the quest and I completed it, however I do not seem to have a chance to get back together with her. How come? D: anyone any ideas?!

Never mind, it worked out when I just reduced her approval (not break up with her) thanks for all the helpful posts, folks!

So I was Finally able to Fix this on a particular messed up run thru..
What I found out is there are a few things that prevented the Quest.

Cannot be in a jealousy scenario // Had to finish out the scenario and make a choice between her or Zev

Cannot be in Romance with her, had to break it off with her. after closing the jealousy scenario, or close the scenario by breaking it off with her.

Cannot be above 50 approval, had to drop it down to trigger the correct dialog

And after all that I got the "Spy" dialog, Then I had to leave and come back to camp to trigger the "I lied to you" dialog, Then I finally got the assassination attempt.

Had to use Feast day Pranks/Gifts to raise and lower her until I could get thru all the dialogs. Was mostly so complicated cause I really fubar'ed thru all the relationships with my Female/Rogue/City Elf toon.
