Is there any mods out there who can help me? I didn't recieve my commendation pack after operation mastiff. and I'm unable to contact bioware through game support or e-mail them. Neither of them are working atm and haven't been since the commendation packs were out.

You could try private messaging one of the mods maybe? It'd be a lot faster then just hoping they stop by this thread. Either way, I hope you get your pack.
