so I created a new weapon, all well & good... My intention is to have the weapon in the family chest at the start of the human noble campaign, instead of in my inventory. 

I'm looking at that tutorial to add a custom weapon to the inventory and am just curious what just needs to be changed to do the above (I have an idea, but just want to make sure I'm not way off in left field).

I got it to work by following the tutorial (for the most part, still getting duplicates), now I'm just curious: my weapon is in the family chest but the other two items are there also. How can I get rid of those?
