Alright, here's the thing. I was playing the game perfectly normal untill a recent OS reinstallation. The game does not run normally anymore. I, for some reason, experience freezes during gameplay and cutscenes. Gameplay freezes are very short and not that problematic but the cutscene freezes are giving me a hard time.
When the game freezes during a cutscene the screen and everything in the given scene does as well, but the audio goes on for like 2-3 seconds before going silent. Also, I noticed that when the game freezes the game subtitles go black with a part of them remaining white. For example, when there are subtitles on Shepard's chest in the given cutscene, they go black, but the parts of the sentence that do not fall on that specific place remain white.
When I do a ctrl+alt+del and the game minimizes, I can hear the audio playing and when I return to the game, it unfreezes and continues. Problem is, that it does freeze again after a while.
I checked many guides on the internet, including this forum, about fixing crash, freeze issues but none seems to help. I updated my drivers, tried minimizing game graphic settings to lowest possible... no effect.
I ran a couple of other games to see if I experience the same thing and no, I do not. I also tried with ME2, no problem either. (don't know if that helps, just sharing).
Short system specs:
RAM: 4 GB
VGA: GeForce GTX 550 ti
CPU: AMD Athlon X2 64, 2.21 ghz
OS: Windows 7 - 64-bit
VGA Drivers - NVIDIA driver 301.42
If something else is needed, please let me know.
Thanks.

Did you repair the game installation in Origin?

Yes I did. Also updated origin, reinstalled it, reinstalled ME3 itself a couple of times...

Alright I noticed another thing. When subtitles are disabled, the game does not freeze so often(you can actually play it, with freezes only at a time). So the problem's got something to do with that I guess, but don't know what...
