They might still have Shepard chime in via radio or something if they want to save themselves some work. Although I sure hope they have not taken that approach to this...

Honestly I think they will all mostly be ten minutes but the Shepard living scene is gonna be longer I think since it is more to explain and you know there will be an LI reunion too if shep lives but I think it will be more dialouge rather than cinematic cutscenes makes more sense and think the amount of time was vague that they said not the person interviewing
