So I downloaded the cerberus network an it never unlocked zaeed in the story, anyone know what im suppose to do? Xbox360 btw

The Cerberus Network only opens up the option to buy DLC. Now that you have that you've gotta buy Zaeed (or is he free?). Either way, just go to Downloadable Content and find him and download him.
