Alright after talking to the reaper on rannoch I had a bad feeling in my stomach and a chill down my spine in all just felt something was wrong at thessia when the prothean VI talked about patterns got a little worried again. Then after seeing the ending knew why I felt that way. Did anyone else have this happen to them.

Not even sure what you are talking about. The only bad feeling I got was on Earth waiting for the fun stuff to start which it never did.

When I killed the Rannoch Reaper I thought "f*ck yeah!" The Renegade interrupt was glorious.

This.

Could tell Legion was going to go the way of Mordin though.

When Vendetta talked about another controller of the cycle above the Reapers, that was when I had a bad feeling.

Yup that interrupt was awesome. Honestly I thought the crucible was going be a giant emp shockwave that targeted reapers.

I mean for some reason (which I know why) it made me worry the first time

Bad feeling?  I had the exact OPPOSITE.

Feelings of joy and triumph after reuniting the Quarians with their homeworld and resolving the conflict between them and the Geth.  Finally the created and the creators understood one another and could live in peace.

And then the Reaper-logic™  of, "synthetics always try to kill all organics" came and everything went downhill.

The Rannoch Reaper didn't worry me too much, he was the same arrogant AI I expected a reaper to be. However, the Thessia VI scared me immensely, I knew the ME guys like Battlestar Galactica (just look at the Quarians and Geth), but the Thessia VI with its "pattern not caused by reapers" line made me think they were going the same "God did it" route BSG went.

While that sorta worked with BSG, it was because they established that in their universe God likes to directly meddle with mortals. ME had no such theme so when a seemingly omniscient AI godchild showed up, my worst fears were realized.

No I just mean the reaper uniting geth and quarians was awseome

I was screaming in happiness after the Rannoch Reaper talk.

I thought the Rannoch Reaper was actually the statement of the Reaper's goals. Organics are chaos, because they are unpredictable and ever-evolving, and thus destroying them and any synthetics made by them returns the universe into the "order" of having no non-Reaper life.

I was kinda annoyed when the Catalyst said Organics v Synth, and very after reading the plot holes.

Tbh, the "stomach aches" only began around the end of the Cerberus Base for me, the shift to darkness and "non-typical" ME rendering of environments got me worried.

The only reaper interaction of the whole game and he said word for word what sovereign and harbinger already said. It was a disappointment to me

When they started talking about patterns it reminded me a of when you get the first normandy squad meeting with Liara in ME1. Great, i thought - a return to Mass Effect's roots.

A grand scheme? i thought. Maybe the reapers aren't just one dimensional enemies, maybe the illusive man really is mistaken.

Turns out it was i who was mistaken. About a great many things.

Best interrupt in the entire game.

"Tell your friends, we're coming for them....nevermind, I'll tell them myself" (targets the Reapers eye)

"That was for Thane. You son of *****!" (Close 2nd)

Maybe i'm just incapible of seeing the obvious, but I only got a bad feeling when the beam hit. Sure I thought Earth could have been done better, but I still was having a good time.

While awesome, the Rannoch mission features the dumbest Reaper of the lot (voluntarily exposing it's weak point time and again for the fleet to nuke, never learning) and makes the geth a lot less interesting with the whole true AI deal. There is also the 5 second turret section while riding the shuttle that just screams wasted potential.

Yup....I heard him talk about the Cycles, and then he said the word "pattern"

That's when I was like "**** this really sounds like the Matrix....they're not gonna do something that stupid....right?!"

No, but I've got a bad feeling now.

If they were going to change Starchild's logic, Bioware would be telling players to restart from Rannoch (because that Reaper's dialogue would have to be adjusted).

But they're not, so the Reaper's dialogue is unchanged, so Starchild's logic is likely unchanged.

Bad feeling.

Indeed. A shame that all of that came down to a turret section where it doesn't even matter if you actually use the turret or not.
