What's next for you?
More petitions, more holding the line, or just moving along to better things and projects?

Honestly, I can't see it getting any worse but I doubt I'll be in awe of the EC either. Maybe...just maybe I'll grow more content with it all.

Also I get the impression that there might be heat on Bioware for not supporting IT in the new content. I don't really get that at all. To me IT is nothing more than a fan attempt to make more sense out of the nonsense ending(s) we got the first time around. Some people might say bye bye to Bioware forever if this fails to dazzle them.

Only time will tell.

Nothing, it will make enough poeple happy to shut them up and any who are left will be so far under radar that bioware will simply move onto that next big DLC etc etc.

If it fails I walk away from this company and never look back. If they can't write a proper ending for their flagship franchise, they don't deserve my money ever again.

Well my expectations are really low, as I don't expect them to make me happy. ._.

So if EC is what I expect it to be, I'll still try and enjoy ME1~3, but won't be buying any ME3 DLC or any game with Casey and Mac's names on them. I'll still buy Dragon Age 3 though. I still have hope for that series, even if 2 wasn't as good as Origins.

I expect Mass Effect 3 content. I predict those expectations will be met.

I doubt that is possible, I have set expectations pretty low. If they fail to meet even those, I'd have to start wondering about Bioware's ability to make a good game going forward lol.

Nothing. I'm content with ME 3 going down as a good game with a terrible ending. If the EC raises it to just average, or even okay, it did a great job. And really the main problems with the ending were terrible editing and poor explanation. More dialogue should raise it.

Actually I've taken a break from RPG after this debacle and I'm getting back to strategy games, Civ 5's expansion came out and I was more willing to pay for that then wait to DL the EC.

I really dont believe anything they do at this point will win back my faith and trust in this company. I still have a faint hope that this EC will change my mind and thats the main reason why I have come back to these forms. But lets face it I am lying to my self because they have said they are not going to change the ending so whats the point in doing anything like this EC unless this is nothing more then a PR stunt.

Its not totaly because of how ME 3 ended but how they treated the people who had the nerve to disagree with them and express their feelings on them lying and BS they gave us about how things would be with ME3 and their so called "16 different endings".

I felt that they basicly gave us the middle finger and they could care less and I still feel that way.

It cannot fail to meet my expectations because I have no expectations.

ditto
basically

I won't play anymore of the EA games I have ( I only have ME3, BF3, and Amalur), which is not saying much because I've stopped playing them already, because I'm bored with them, and any future EA game I see advertised, I will be extremely skeptical of and likely won't follow the development.

This week will make or break BW in my world. Mac Walters and Casey Hudson will likely remain big names in gaming, but depending on the success of EC DLC, they will either be the heros who saved ME3 by rewritting ME3 ending, or the villians who's names I will avoid when purchasing games.

Fans: Change the ending
BioW: What? Your tiny mind probably didn't understand it. How about we tell it to you again a bit slower?
Fans: No, just change it.
BioW: I'll re-iterate it.
Fans: Change it!!!
BioW: Space magic.

I'm done with gaming after this, regardless. Never really cared for any other than this one, and the story is over. I might entertain some spin-off material if it looks interesting (but I've already passed on the novels, comics, apps, and everything that isn't the main game) but I'm moving on.

My requirements are so low at this point they cannot possibly **** it up.

But yeah, gaming is not going to be on my radar in the near future. I can't keep dealing with this bull****.

If the EC fails to meet my expectations, I will sell my collector's edition of ME3, wash my hands of this once great series, and be extremely wary of any future Bioware games.

I feel your pain. I MIGHT get the first three novels from the original lead writer of Mass Effect, but the rest of the side stuff didn't interest me much.

I've moved on, I enjoy my Mass Effect multiplayer these days. I'll be getting the EC as soon as it's out and am looking forward to it. I'm not expecting miracles but it can't be worse than what's there already so...
