I'll only bother addressing no.1 and no.10
1 - Elves are genetically adaptive. A human + elf will equal an elf because of simple Fereldan biology.
10 - Sandal is obviously, beyond all possiblities, a mage, or lyrium addled in some way. I wouldn't
surprised if he were demon infested. his name is SANDAL for crying out loud.
