My Xbox is broken (RROD is pure pain) and I am currently borrowing a friend's Xbox. For the EC DLC that is coming out on Tuesday I would love to beable to play my character's ending, however, my profile on my hard-drive through my friend's machine is unaccessable due to me not having the password (long story). So, how do I, if at all, transfer my ME3 save between that profile to my new one on my hard-drive or transfer it to another hard-drive?

I think you'd be heading into a world of confusion myself; though it really does depend on what sort of solution you're looking for. If you're using a new Gamertag you also lose your achievements and everything, but that's a decision only you can make.
Is it possible for you to use your old HDD on your friend's 360? That may keep things simpler until you get either a new 360 or have your 360 fixed. (This will depend on having the same model of course.)
The only way I can think of is to transfer all your contents onto the new HDD minus the Gamertag info. I've done that accidentally in the past and claimed saves from an old Gamertag on my current Gamertag; though that doesn't always work for all games.
There may be a possible way through modding in which case you'll need to check on the mod threads.
