Noble silk clothes are available at a merchant in the Diamond District before Behlen's betrayal but not available afterwards.  Is this a possible unfinished quest to possibly buy the silk clothes for Trian and deliver them to Jaylia?  The only way to afford these silk clothes that early in the game is to sell the Blood armor.  I have not tried it yet but has anybody bought these silk clothes and checked to see if Jaylia will accept them?
