If you Mid the weapon with Heat Sinks, then the Ammo Reserves increase from 100 to 100+ %.

Because of this, I was expecting Ammo enhanced evolutions for Ammo powers to add another 30 to it's Reserve, but it does not.
Is that a bug, or a feature?

I believe it is because Ammo Powers add "Extra" ammo, in that if you go to a weapons loadout, everything is reset and your ammo is lost, until you pick up a thermal clip.
And beacause the Termal Clips have no effect on the Paritcle Rifle, you never get into that extra bit of ammo.

Does anybody know anything for certain?  Bug or feature?
