Sony likely have a packed release line up in Europe this week. It sucks, but it's not the fault of Bioware.
Count yourself lucky. Ghostlight/SMT followers have been waiting for news on DDS1/2 PS2 classics since February! Ghostlight sent the games off back then, and they still have no news on when they'll be released on PSN for us. That's 4 months so far with no news, only that Sony are 'moving slowly'.

It'll likely be around 4-6am PDT, 12pm (?) GMT on LIVE. Those times sound about normal to me.

I think they will release it at the same time with the victory packs from this weekend's operation. Wouldn't it be more logical to release everything they have to on that day, at the same time? Or am I just deluding myslef ?

Making a DLC available on Origin (which is EA's job) unfortunately isn't the same as Bioware flagging people for wepaon packs in their database.

Protip: Log into W/e plataform you play first, and check if DLC its aviable , if it its, evade this site
