As a large number of people apparently, I typed in my redeemable codes in the PS3 DA:O only to find the DLC page still empty. I have a european (region 2) ps3, am registered as living in UAE (united arab emirates) but my DA:O is region 1, I read somewhere that if my console region (or PSN account) isn't of the same region then I will be unable to download the content (which is pretty messed up, seeing as the PS3's biggest benefit is being able to buy its games regardless of region) and am hoping that's not true (if it is, then I can only hope EA live chat can help me out, I read somewhere from someone that live chat helped him out (I think the url is support.ea.com/chat)). On my page here on the bioware site, it states I have access to that content but as I said previously, its not appearing in the DLC page.

My suggestion is, once bioware has the codes, offer up a downloadable file you can put on a USB flash drive that you can then upload to your specific PSN account that automatically downloads the files in question or sends a request to the dragon age servers to start uploading the files (again, to your SPECIFIC PSN account).

A quick question though, I read on the back of the DA:O case that the codes are redeemable up to April 30th 2010, does that mean that after this date the codes can no longer be redeemed or that the DLC will no longer be available? (I'd like to be optimistic and think that the problems will be solved by then, but I wouldn't mind knowing for sure....)

read my post, it will help you (even solve your problem). and as far as I know, the codes are as stated to be redeemable to that date only lol
