 I checked I had a suitable save for tomorrow's EC release, and checked the EMS of the save to be sure I'm alright for a 'good' ending.  I have 51% Galactic readiness and the EMS is showing as 5200+

I only ask because some had issues with how the EMS needed some MP input, but from my info I wouldn't need that 1% for a favourable outcome.

Update is part of EC, so no, it hasn't changed yet.

Going by your number above, you're claiming 5000 EMS, or around 10,000 TMS. This is simply not possible without a lot of promotions in MP.

The problem was 4000 EMS was required to get the breath scene. There are not enough assets in the game to do that without using apps or MP. The new EMS number is around 3100, which is doable.
