Bioware, please tweak Reave to stagger Phantoms

Reave stuns EVERY non boss enemy in the game: Troopers, Cannibals, Marauders, Centurions, Hunters, Pyros!

BUT NOT Phantoms! Why? It's so annoying. They keep running at you no matter what. And blasting you. Just 1 second out of cover with a Drell Adept for a Reave and you're down because they don't care at all. Pretty much forces you to take a Scorpion or Falcon to stagger those damn Phantoms. At least give us an 0.5 seconds. :unsure:

Yeah. So why Stasis works on them? Exactly. They already have too much going for them. Damage, invinsibility, OHK.

Not much can stagger the whole "Talk to the hand" thing.

Put enough dps on it and you'll break it's defence. From there wrrwrrrrBOOM it.

Since they made the Scorpion a LOT lighter, you've got a reliable stagger tool right there...

And cluster nades have a ton of force too. NOPE. Not even staggered. A Phantom weights what? 90 pounds? And she doesn't even budge.

You should take solace in the fact that they can't hand-block Reave like any/all projectile powers (or inferno grenades apparently? noticed that during Savage)

I have the upgraded nade gear and when I do that move it is when I see her but she isn't focused on me.  If she is focused on me, I retreat and wait for another chance.

Well on Gold you don't have the luxury to retreat when there's 2-3 Phantoms comin at you. And not a single f** is given when you Reave em'. And you can't even detonate unless you are NOT targeting. But the game MAKES you target them most of the time.

Fair enough - but Reave and Stasis are already about the only 2 biotics that can reliably hit Phantoms without them dodging or going into "talk to the hand" power immunity... on my AJA I tend to equip the Phalanx X and Disciple X with Cryo ammo - seems to resolve most of the problems.

Stagger/Chill with the Disciple takes a lot of the risk out of getting close enough to drop a bubble on a Phantom's head when you've Reaved it... though all bets are off if there are many Phantoms.

Yeah. It's not. But it would sure make Drells and Justicars more enjoyble. Now you hardly have a chance with Phantom aimbots and BW X mind bullets.

Stasis is specialised crowd-control ability, Reave is AOE high damage DoT. Phantoms don't get stunned by Overload, Sabotage, ED, they just ignore most of the projectiles. They are cool. Why Reave should be an exception? It's already a cool ability against Phantom, as it damages her while you're hiding.

Poor cerberus are already the weakest faction. Nerf the Phantom? No.

They do stagger when ED hits them. And Reaves damage is nothing special at all. 6 seconds to do 700 damage? Really? 1 Paladin bullet does more in a second. ANd there is NO way to relaibly detonate Phantoms if you don't have Stasis. 

It's not a Phantom nerf. It's a slight Reave buff. I mean there are weapons that stagger with EVERY shot. What's the problem with Reave stagger? It's not gonna be easier. It would just give you time to get back in cover or run.
